How does Vitrified Tiles Restoration work?
Vitrified tiles are created with the vitrification process which enables them to have low porosity, are stain-resistant and do not require any type of sealing. Also, since there is no surface glaze, the vitrified tiles have a consistent color and texture throughout the whole tile. With time and movement on them, the tiles become dull and get scratched. At times, a glossy tile might appear to be a matte tile due to scratches.

DustBusters Glossy Tile Floor Polishing Process
Scrub the floor using Partek Sumo scrubbing machine to clean dirt deposits.
Grind the floor evenly to remove deep scratches and stains and fix levelling of slab with Diamond pad nos 100, 200 and 400.
Hone the floor with Diamond pad Nos. 800 and 1500 to smoothen the surface and prepare for polish.
Apply the Partek Starr Tile Polish on the floor with water and floor pad till the polish is completely absorbed.
Buff the floor using steel wool floor pad attached to the scrubbing machine and liquid gloss enhancer.
Wipe off any excess crystalliser polish deposits with a clean cloth.
